Artificial Intelligence: blessing or curse?

Save the date – Private Banking Day 2024

Generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) has taken the world by storm in 2023 and will undoubtedly have a significant impact on the digital transformation. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has already found its way into private banking – with robo advisors, in cyber security, fraud detection and recruitment. However, GenAI will have an even greater impact on our business and potentially influence all knowledge-based activities, including client advisory services.

However, the application of GenAI raises many questions, e.g. with respect to trust, data authenticity and protection, copyrights or the way data is obtained, as well as regulation and supervision. Moreover, will GenAI really make our work more efficient if its results constantly have to be reviewed?

AI also raises ethical questions: Should we set limits? Do we have to disclose that content was generated by AI? May we use AI to recognise feelings and build emotional bonds?

We would like to discuss these challenges and questions with you and renowned speakers at the eighth Private Banking Day.

Please reserve the date already today. You will receive the invitation in May.
